Villapark Lipno Dreams in Lipno nad Vltavou and offers you self-catering villas with free WiFi access, 700 metres from the Lipno lake, 900 metres from the Lipno Treetop Walkway and 500 metres from the Kramolín Ski Lift.
Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave oven, a terrace, a private bathroom and lake and mountain views. Garage parking can be requested in some villas.
Other facilities on site include a children's playground and a laundry. You can park your car on site for free.
A restaurant can be found just 100 meters away and there is a supermarket 500 meters from the property away.

About 8 years ago we were involved in the construction of the villapark. Since the completion of the villapark I take care of the rental of the houses from our office in the Netherlands.
The local managers Honza and Daniela are fulltime working in the reception building on the villapark. They are at your service in both english, german or czech language.

Villapark Lipno Dreams is situated on one of the most beautiful spots of the South Bohemian region in the village Lipno nad Vltavou on the border of the Lipno lake. This park consists out of three different types of houses and is located on a slope on walking distance from the village. The park is surrounded by forest.
Because of the sizable plots (approx. 700 m2) every villa offers lots of privacy and a fantastic view over the surrounding area. The landscape in this part of the country is indeed very scenic. All the villas have a large terrace favourably situated in relation to the sun. Further all the villas have wireless internet and a tv-system with at least 30 channels.
Directly next to the park one will find a restaurant and a children's playground nearby. Also there is a popular bobsleigh track of about 1.400 meters. Underneath is the starting point of the chairlift which will bring you to the top of the Kramolin. Both the chairlift as well as the bobsleigh track are open year round.
