Welcome to our Ministerhaus from 1849. Enjoy your stay in this historic villa, which once belonged to an old noble family. Good to know: The Ministerhaus has two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Both apartments share the entrance area/hallway. This apartment is located on the ground floor and is accessible via the shared hallway. All other rooms of the apartment (kitchen, dining room, bathroom, bedrooms) are private and accessible only to you. You’ll have two private bedrooms, each with a double bed, desk, Wi-Fi, and a TV featuring Netflix, Amazon, etc. In the larger bedroom, there’s also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a large refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. Coffee and tea are provided free of charge. You’ll also find water, beer, and wine in the fridge (available for a fee). The dining room features a large table with six chairs, books to browse, games, and art supplies for the kids. The bathroom (located in the basement) offers a spacious walk-in shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. Shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer are provided. Fresh towels are ready for you in the bedrooms. Outside, the garden is furnished with a table and seating. The location next to a nature reserve is perfect for relaxation and unwinding. Ample parking is available. Close to the A2 and A1 motorways, you’ll have excellent transport connections to the western Ruhr region, the Münsterland area, and Sauerland. Hello and a warm welcome to our place! People often describe us as open-minded and friendly folks who are always ready to lend a helping hand. What we love most about being hosts is meeting new people from all over the world and offering them a “home away from home,” whether the stay is long or short. We find it incredibly enriching to experience so many different cultures and stories, and we really enjoy seeing our guests make the most of their vacation. We also love giving personal tips about the local area to help our guests create special memories.
