The apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It has two comfortable queen-size beds that ensure a restful sleep. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking, from modern appliances to all the essential utensils. If you prefer to relax, you can use the smart TV or the projector to enjoy films or series in the best quality. The large garden invites you to start the morning with breakfast outside or to fire up the grill in the evening and enjoy the peace and quiet. Despite the central location in the city, the apartment is in a quiet area, so you can both retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and quickly get to the most important places. A private parking space is also available, which is particularly practical when staying in the city. There is also free WiFi, so you can always stay online, whether for work or pleasure. The entire apartment is stylishly and comfortably furnished, so you immediately feel at home.

The accommodation is located in a quiet side street of Stauffenbergallee. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the city center, which includes the cathedral square and the fish market. There is a laundromat right next to the accommodation. There is also a bakery and a kebab shop in the immediate vicinity. The tram is only 200 meters from the accommodation. Penny and Norma are also only a 5-minute walk away. If you want to do some exercise, you can go to the Easyfitness studio, which is not far from the accommodation.
