Due to the railway line passing through the town, you may occasionally hear trains when the windows are open. However, the windows are well insulated and block the noise effectively. If you require absolute silence with open windows, the apartment may not be the perfect choice. The apartment does not currently have a private parking space. However, there are several public parking areas in Königstein available for around six euros per full day. The exact locations will be shared with you before your arrival in our guest guide.

The apartment is located right in the historic center of Königstein. Within just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach all cafés and restaurants as well as a large supermarket in town. A bus stop and the S-Bahn station are also only a few minutes away. By S-Bahn, you can reach Dresden in about half an hour, and the spa town of Bad Schandau can also be reached quickly. In addition, the apartment is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours in Saxon Switzerland. Guest Card & Visitor’s Tax: With the guest card you receive from us, you can use public transportation in Saxon Switzerland free of charge and also enjoy discounts at more than sixty leisure facilities in the region. The guest card is included in the mandatory local visitor’s tax. At our property, this tax is already included in the Booking price – so there will be no additional charges upon arrival, as is usually the case. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests!
