The apartment has a main bedroom, a bathroom and a living/dining area. The apartment has been newly renovated. Bedroom: The main bedroom has a large box-spring bed and a spacious closet with enough storage space for your luggage. There is also room for two guests on the comfortable pull-out couch in the living room. Living/dining area: The large bright living room invites you to relax. A cozy living landscape, warm lighting and a modern smart TV with backlighting create an oasis to feel good. Beautiful evenings can be spent in the spacious dining area. Bathroom: The apartment's brand-new bathroom includes a toilet, a spacious shower area, and a sink. The washer-dryer is also located in the shower room. Kitchen: The open-plan country-style kitchen with integrated cooking island leaves nothing to be desired - everything is available to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. Among other things, you will find a Nespresso machine, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave an induction stove with two hobs, as well as a multifunction oven.
