The apartment is surrounded by nature in a high-quality new building, with the Saale and Schleichersee just a stone's throw away. Centrally located, you can reach the company headquarters of ZEISS and SCHOTT as well as the EAH (Ernst Abbe University) and the city center in less than 5 minutes. The apartment is carefully designed to suit your home office needs and to be attractive for two to three guests.

It takes about 15 minutes on foot. If desired, e-scooters from ZEUSS or TIER shorten the time even further.
