The apartment is located in the top floor of a three party house in Düsseldorf Unterrath. The accomodation perfectly fits 3-4 people as there are 3 separate bedrooms. The fair and the airport are close and can be reached within 20 minutes by public transportation. The city center (Altstadt/Hauptbahnhof) can also be reached in less than 30 minutes. The apartment consists of a large living room, kitchen, floor and three separate bedrooms. One with a kingsize bed (180x200cm) and two with a single bed (90x200cm) each to host up to four people. Optionally there is another spare bed (90x200cm) in the living room, which can be used too. Either as another separate bedroom or another place for a fifth person. The modern apartment has a fully equipted kitchen with induction cooking, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is also a small balcony to the southside and free WiFi connection. Public parking is available in front of the house.
