The holiday home is located on the hosts' private property. In the rear garden area, you will find the separate garden house, which was renovated and lovingly furnished in 2022. The accommodation has its own entrance and a small terrace. The optimal use is for 2 people, but it can be set up for up to 4 people after consultation, as the sofa can be used as a sofa bed. The holiday home offers bright, friendly rooms with an open kitchen and seating area, a living area with TV, and a bedroom in the cosy attic. The living area invites you to relaxed TV evenings with cosy blankets. The bedroom in the attic ensures restful sleep in a quiet environment. We are a family of four and warmly welcome you to our holiday home on the outskirts of Berlin. The house is quietly located in Berlin-Lichtenrade (Tempelhof-Schöneberg district) in a residential area. The Berliner Mauerweg is a 2-minute walk away and is ideal for hiking, cycling, exploring, sports activities or relaxing. The S-Bahn is about a 10-minute walk away and takes you directly to the centre of Berlin, so you can reach Potsdamer Platz or Friedrichstraße in about 30 minutes. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance in about 10-15 minutes.
