Die Lage macht es zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Bergen, für kleine oder größere Touren. Auch Berchtesgaden und Salzburg sind mit dem Bus oder der Bahn gut zu erreichen. So können Sie ihr Auto im Urlaub einfach mal stehen lassen.

We, your landlords, are rooted in Munich, Bavaria and the world, are mountain enthusiasts, love the alpine culture and enjoy being hosts and travelling guests ourselves. We are now renting out our beautiful holiday home in Bayerisch Gmain to offer other families and friends / groups the opportunity to feel at home on holiday. Because this time is precious and we want you to arrive, feel right at home and start relaxing!

In nearby Bayerisch Gmain and Bad Reichenhall you will find all the necessary and desired shopping facilities, not only for your daily needs. There are nice cafes and restaurants, pharmacies, medical care and wellness / SPA offers. A wonderful Italian restaurant is located nearby and also delivers. Nature and people in the Berchtesgadener Land offer countless other opportunities to discover, also by bike or public transport, such as the Wimbachklamm gorge and the salt mine. 10 minutes away by car is the beautiful Thumsee, where you can spend wonderful hours swimming and sunbathing. The famous Königsee is also within easy reach and can be the starting point for very special hiking tours. If you fancy a beautiful old town, excellent Austrian cuisine, shopping and culture between history and modernity, take the car or train to nearby Salzburg and enjoy Austrian hospitality.
