The house itself, a historic building from 1806, has been lovingly renovated over the last two years, preserving its traditional charm while integrating modern living comfort. With approximately 120 m² of living space on the ground floor, you will find a welcoming studio with a French bed, an adjacent shower room, and a cozy reading corner with access to the outdoor terrace and into the garden. Another spacious bedroom with a double bed and an opposite shower room, as well as a quiet, smaller bedroom with a single bed, complete the space on offer. The central, fully equipped kitchen and the light-filled living/dining room facing the garden are perfect spots for shared meals and relaxed moments. The garden of this house presents itself as an oasis of peace under old trees and is largely left in its natural state. Here you will find a covered barbecue area that complements the leisure facilities. The estate in Stollhamm, situated in the heart of the Butjadingen peninsula, invites you to explore the surrounding nature by bike. Cultural highlights of the region as well as the nearby cities of Bremerhaven, Bremen, Wilhelmshaven, and Oldenburg offer a variety of excursion options and make your stay an unforgettable experience.
