The appartment is on the top floor of an historical building (build 1895 in Neo-Reneissance-Style) 300 meters from the Elbe river and 15 minutes by foot from the center of the over 1000 years old city of Meissen.
Maren & Michael love to travel and have the experiance from staying in private homes and wooden huts to luxury 5* hotels. When they decided to turn an apartment into a nice holiday home they knew what travelers would like to have for a nice stay.
We are in a quiet area with a lot of buildings build around 1900, just across of a small park, 300 meters away from the river (with the bikepath from Dresden to Hamburg) and less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. A lot of super markets (also an organic one), bakeries and so on are just a few meters away. So with a short fitnessprogramm going down the stairs you can get fresh rolls or bread or fruits for your breakfast on the little balcony. On thursdays mornings there is even a market happening just a hundred meters away. Sometimes there is a singer/songwriter doing a little concert in an indian shop 3 houses down the road and one of our friends displays her art in her gallery next by.
