The holiday apartment Bluetenstadt is centrally located in Leichlingen. The flat has a separate entrance so you will feel like you have rented out a whole house to yourselves. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen. In the hallway there is storage for all your jackets and shoes. The open staircase and the light corridor lead you upstairs to the living room and bedroom. The beautifully arranged bedroom has room for two guests and a cot. The couch in the living room transforms into a comfortable bed for another two guests. For our little guests there is a cot, highchair and even toys and books. The bathroom is on the upper floor with an additional toilet on the ground floor. Leichlingen, in the heart of the Bergischen Land between Dusseldorf and Cologne, is well worth a visit at any time of year. Not just in May when the fruit trees are in blossom or for the famous fruit market, the Obstmarket, which is held in October. There is plenty to see and do in Leichlingen, the Blossom City, throughout the year. There are extensive marked walking trails along the river Wupper and out into the beautiful countryside. Canoe tours can be made on the river. Plenty of sporting activities can be enjoyed locally. There are indoor and outdoor tennis courts situated next door to the apartment. There is a good selection of restaurants in Leichlingen and for the self-caterer plenty of shops selling good quality local produce.
