Centrally located apartment with its own entrance, like a little house! Centrally located in Bad Salzuflen-Schötmar. Large kitchen with seating / dining area, living room, spacious hallway with large desk / workplace and bathroom / toilet with shower. Bright and friendly. Attention: The shower has a height of just under 2 meters, so it is not suitable for very tall people or you have to tilt your head a bit to wash your hair. The living room The apartment was renovated in June 2016! It is fully equipped with 2 single beds (box spring beds), which can be pushed together to form a double bed. There is also a comfortable leather couch in the living room / bedroom, additional seating, a coffee table, WiFi, satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen has a dining area, more than enough dishes, cooking utensils, a dishwasher, a stove with oven and a microwave. Of course, a fridge with freezer compartments is also included. There are towels and bed linen, a hair dryer and a washing machine in the bathroom. The hallway offers space for your cloakroom and enough storage space.

The apartment is centrally located. All shops for daily needs, several supermarkets, ice cream parlor, snack bar, pizzeria, pharmacy and bakery are within walking distance. Bad Salzuflen / Schötmar train station is a 4-minute walk away. A bus stop is 100m away. It is a 15-minute walk to the old town of Bad Salzuflen. The exhibition/fairground center can be reached by car in 5 minutes
