Welcome to our cozy 40 m² holiday oasis in Kellenhusen! Just 200 meters from the sandy beach – perfect for those who enjoy going barefoot or simply want to listen to the waves. The location is simply unbeatable: right between the start of the beach promenade and beautiful hiking and cycling trails along the coast. During the off-season (October 1st to March 31st), even your dogs are welcome to come along – because who wants to miss out on the best dog beach nearby? Our apartment is quietly located, so you can leave the stress of everyday life behind. At 40 m², it offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation: two rooms, a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), a cozy sofa bed, a workspace for those who need to work from time to time, and a large, fully covered balcony – perfect for breakfast outdoors or an evening drink. The price includes fresh bed linen and towels (1 large and 1 small). The municipal tourist tax must be paid separately. Since it is seasonal and only applies to people over 18, Airbnb cannot reflect this. Please bring your own beach towels! The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: stove, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and Nespresso capsule machine – every barista will become a coffee pro here! For laundry, a washing machine and dryer are available in the shared laundry room. Have you been looking for entertainment? Free Wi-Fi and a smart TV with streaming apps ensure relaxing evenings. For cyclists, there are ample (partially covered) bicycle parking spaces – so your bike can stay safe while you explore the area. And best of all: A private parking space is included, and an elevator takes you conveniently to the first floor. The baltic sea with it's wonderful sand beach is within 3 minutes (200m) by feet. Near the apartment, you'll find a variety of activities and attractions that will make your stay unforgettable. Mini Golf and Playgrounds: Just a few minutes away is the mini golf course, offering fun for the whole family. Here, you can explore the courses in a friendly competition and end the day with lots of fun. There are also several well-equipped playgrounds in the area where children can let off steam and make new friends. Restaurants and Cafés: The Kellenhusen promenade is known for its charming restaurants and cafés. An absolute highlight in terms of location and ambiance is the Passat Restaurant, located directly on the beach promenade. Here, you can enjoy fresh fish, seafood, and regional specialties in a cozy atmosphere while enjoying the sea view. For coffee, cake, crepes, ice cream, and drinks, we recommend Ewa's Eiscafé & Sandbar & Eiswerkstatt, which tempts with homemade creations and a beautiful terrace. Other attractions: Beach and water sports: The fine sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away and is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or windsurfing. Stroll along the promenade: The colorful promenade with its small shops is perfect for a relaxing stroll. Here you can shop for souvenirs, fashion, and nautical decorations. Nature and bike paths: The surrounding area offers beautiful bike paths along the coast and through the forests, ideal for long rides. Please bring your own beach towels! July 2, 2025: We would like to point out that the neighboring buildings are currently undergoing renovations. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This building is not affected by the renovations, and the balcony is on the other side.
