The friendly and comfortably furnished 62 m2 flat has a living room with sofa and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and fridge-freezer, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet and can accommodate 4 people. The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a TV with cable connection, toys and board games, a cot and a high chair. A covered balcony with seating and a parasol are also available and make you forget the daily routine quickly. The location is ideal for car-free holidays: Cycle and hiking paths start practically at the front door, the railway station is about 600 m away from the house, the next supermarket is also only 8 min walk away and several restaurants are within a radius of 600/850 m. The natural bathing beach of Sipplingen is located 350m away from the apartment. Sipplingen is an ideal starting point for numerous exciting excursions: the flower island of Mainau, the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, the Affenberg in Salem, the Meersburg - to name but a few. Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
