Discover tranquility and relaxation amidst nature in our peaceful house, located on a hill above the Leiblach valley, surrounded by a large orchard offering a charming view of the Alps. Our home is situated approximately 1.5 km from the center of Hergensweiler and is known for its idyllic location near Austria, Lake Constance, and the Allgäu region. We provide a comfortable accommodation for your vacation with a minimum stay of 6 nights, ideally suited for those wishing to enjoy the natural beauty of the region in peace. Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment has enough space for 2 to 4 persons on 40 square meters. Apart from a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, you will find a living room equipped with a sofa bed for two more sleeping options, satellite TV, radio, CD player, and Wi-Fi. Practical amenities such as a kitchenette with a 2-plate stove, refrigerator, and tabletop oven have also been considered. For your convenience, bed and table linen as well as hand and dish towels are provided. Furthermore, electricity and heating are included in the rent. In the outdoor area, two terraces accessible via the staircase on the second floor, invite you to relax: a cozy Southeast breakfast terrace and a spacious Southwest sun terrace, complete with lounge chairs, sun umbrella, a children's play area, and much more. For outdoor activities, facilities such as table tennis and a sandbox are available. Parking is found directly at the house. The versatile location allows for numerous leisure activities such as hiking and cycling right from the house. Explore local shopping and the many recreational opportunities in the area, from water sports at Lake Constance to relaxing walks through historic town centers. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
