The apartment has been established by us in fall 2019 and was fully renovated with a completely new bath room in February 2020. It is located in a very quiet street in the outskirts of Schwangau, but in walking distance to all amenities such as restaurants, shops, clinic, spa, pharmacy, butcher, cheese store, bakery or supermarket. You can park the car for free in front of the house and explore the area by bike or by feed. Park your bikes in the basement, where you find a washing machine as well. Alternatively you can park your E-Bikes behind the house on street level and attach them out of view to the Hand-rail of the basement entrance! The apartment offers apx. 60 qm with a floor, a big living/dining room, a master bedroom with electric adjustable beds, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, freezer, toaster, nespresso machine, oven, enough space to sit and to take a nice breakfast. The bathroom is brand new and offers a big shower and everything you need. The highlight is the living room with its great panorama window and balcony towards Tegelberg Mountain. Enjoy a coffee in the lounge sofa or a sunny breakfast on the balcony on the southern side with a perfect view on the Northern Alps. The appartments hosts 2 adults in the bedroom and up to two more adults on one big foldable bed for 2 and one smaller foldable chair for one in the living room. In addition you find a comfortable „Ear-Chair“ with footrest in order to enjoy the breathtaking view or to enjoy the smart-TV. The TV is connected with the fast and free WiFi and offers Netflix, Amazon and all other channels!

We are both working full time in Manager positions in the industry and have grown up kids. We use our apartment "Ludwigslust" for our own leisure time and come here from industrial Germany into our Bavarian wellbeing as often as possible. We speak fluently English and a little bit French and love to travel around the world. In order to allow us the luxury of our personal retreat in lovely Bavaria, we offer the apartment to others as well and hope, that you will enjoy it as we do and return as often as possible.
