Welcome to our holiday home / apartment for max. 5 persons (one of them max. 2 years old). Our holiday apartment in the 1st floor, is located in Schwanstetten next to Nuremberg / trade fair / Schwabach / Roth in the region central franconia. It's located in a dead end street next to the wood, where you can do long walks or bike tours. The holiday apartment has 2 separate bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 separate beds) with 1 baby travel bed, flat tv, a living room with a flat tv, WII game console, DAB bluetooth radio, FREE WiFI, a big kitchen and a bath room with shower and a bathtub. The 78m² apartment with a balcony is located in the 1st floor.
Public transport is 5 minutes from the holiday apartment away also a supermarket and a bakery. Near to the holiday apartment are also restaurants, cash point, doctor ... Distance: 10 km to Schwabach and Roth 15 km to trade fair (Nürnberger Messe) and to lake "Rothsee" 7 km to a train station 8 km to highway A6 20 km to Nuremberg city 28 km to Airport 30 km to lake "Brombachsee" 26 km to Playmobil Funpark
