The apartment "Zwölferkante" is located on the 1st floor of our house directly below the Zugspitze. From the south-facing balcony you have a wonderful view of the Wetterstein massif with the highest mountain in Germany.
The apartment consists of a small children's room with a single bed, which can be extended to a double bed. Directly after the children's room is the regular bedroom with a nice rustic double bed (180x200cm) and a TV. The beautiful south-facing balcony that surrounds the entire apartment can be reached via the bedroom. The children's room can only be entered through the normal bedroom (see floor plan).
The kitchen has a dining area, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette. The north balcony can also be accessed via the kitchen.
The living room has a large and comfortable couch, which can be converted into a double box spring bed. It acts as a third bedroom, so to speak. In the living room there is also a cozy Swedish stove and a large TV with cable connection.
The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink.
