Herzlich willkommen bei FLAIR und diesem stylischen Apartment, das dir in zentraler Lage von Ludwigshafen folgendes bietet: -> Smart TV mit Netflix -> moderne Küche -> fußläufig zum Rhein -> ideale Verkehrsanbindung zur BASF und Uni Mannheim -> schnelles Internet -> Nespresso Kaffeemaschine -> Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett etc. für längere Aufenthalte
Herzlich Willkommen bei FLAIR in Ludwigshafen, mein Name ist Oliver und eigentlich bin ich in der Luftfahrt tätig. Durch den Beruf und auch die Herkunft meines Vaters empfange ich sehr häufig Gäste aus aller Welt. Da lag es irgendwann nahe, eine Wohnung nur für meine Gäste bereitzustellen. Mit meiner stylischen Wohnung mitten in Ludwigshafen und nur einen Katzensprung von Mannheim entfernt möchte euch einen besonderen Aufenthalt in der Metrolpol-Region Rhein-Neckar bieten. Ich freue mich, euch schon bald bei FLAIR zu begrüßen.
Du wirst fußläufig zur Innenstadt und zum Rhein wohnen. BASF und Mannheim erreichst du bequem mit Straßenbahn oder Bus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Kino und der Berliner Platz befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Mit der nahegelegenen Straßenbahn fährst du innerhalb weniger Minuten zum Hbf Mannheim oder Hbf Ludwigshafen.
