Exclusive holiday flat in an absolutely quiet location close to the centre, all-round south/east balcony with 2 loungers and balcony furniture. Living room with tiled stove (see picture). Washing machine and dryer in the house, duplex garage, non-smokers! Free use of Reit im Winkl outdoor and indoor swimming pool.
