The sustainable energy supply from a high-performance solar PV system and ecologically generated electricity, along with the effective solar thermal water heating, ensure a pleasant atmosphere while highlighting our commitment to sustainability. Waste separation and the use of energy-saving appliances further underline this commitment. The apartment, located on the ground floor of a listed historic building, features underfloor heating throughout and modern conveniences like Wi-Fi and a large 55" screen with Amazon and Netflix access for cozy moments. Inside the apartment, guests will find two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. The living area combines comfort and function with a cozy fireplace, a large desk, and a soundbox that can be connected via Bluetooth. For guests who wish to do their own laundry, a washing machine and a dryer are available for private use. A special highlight is the spacious glass-fronted sauna, offering relaxing views outside. The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired: A private terrace with an electric awning and direct access to the community garden provides ample space for relaxation and activities. The garden is fully fenced, making it safe for traveling dogs, with up to two large ones welcome. A covered and lockable bike storage area and a private parking space for a car complete the offering. The rural idyll is enhanced by the presence of two pet pigs and a friendly Newfoundland dog on the spacious property. Explore the surroundings with a dog beach 8 km away and a lake 4 km away. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
