HOCH3 - The Alpen StyleAppartement IM HOCHHAUS - stylish - bavarian - cosy! Our lovingly renovated apartment in the rustic AlpenStyle offers enough space to relax in the cosy hut flair on the 3rd floor. The sun-drenched rooms with lots of old wood, paired with modern elements, create a stylish and homely atmosphere. In all rooms we have upcyled with great attention to detail and have given old objects a new use. The fully equipped kitchen invites to cooking evenings. The living area is furnished with a 200 year old wooden table & antique chairs. In the newly renovated bathroom you can relax in the bathtub. In the bedroom you will find a bed (200x180) made of old wood with best mattresses and oversized blankets (220x155), which invite you to dream. On the all-day sunny balcony a cosy lounge with a view of the mountains awaits you. Washing machines (for a fee) and a drying room can be used in the common cellar. There is a private parking space in front of the accommodation as well as an elevator. You can store your mountain bikes or skis in your own lockable cellar compartment.

Our HOCH3 Alpen StyleAppartement is only a few minutes away from the Immenstadt train station and the beautiful Big and Small Alpine-Lakes, the way to the Stadtalpe is right in front of the door. From the couch and the bed you can look through the large panorama window at the local mountains Mittag and Immenstädter Horn. In the winter months the otherwise lush hilly landscape of the Allgäu transforms into a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts and in summer the fresh mountain meadows are in bloom and the scent of flowers and meadows is in the air.
