Our apartment is located in the idyllic village of Neusatz, in the heart of the Black Forest, surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery. Here, you can enjoy the peace and beauty of the region while benefiting from a central location that offers a wide range of leisure activities. Mummelsee: Just a few minutes away by car, Mummelsee is a popular destination for hiking and boat trips. In winter, it also offers the opportunity to go ice skating. Black Forest High Road (Schwarzwaldhochstraße): This famous scenic route runs directly through Neusatz and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys—ideal for hikes and day trips. Ski lifts and winter sports: Several ski lifts are located nearby, making it a perfect destination for skiers and snowboarders during the winter months. 1. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee subject to availability. Guests staying beyond the agreed check-out time or delaying our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses. 2. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not allowed, even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will incur a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair. 3. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 4. Guests whose number exceeds that stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. 5. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may incur a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay. 6. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits. 7. Noise level measuring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. CCTV may be installed in public areas. 8. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service immediately.
