Property information

After more than a year in a deep sleep, we have kissed hohetanne1 awake and awakened it to new life. We have lovingly renovated almost all rooms so that our guests can feel at home from the very first minute! 😊

Neighbourhood information

Not far from the famous Rennsteig, our guesthouse hohetanne1 is located directly at the forest. Here is the ideal starting point for a weekend or a vacation in the Thuringian Forest. Cities like Erfurt, Weimar or Arnstadt are within easy reach. The restaurant in the opposite country inn offers regional delicacies by arrangement. A small beer garden with a bratwurst stand serves delicious Thuringian specialties at weekends during the summer months. On request, a delicious breakfast can be booked for an extra charge
