After arrival, a bright, spacious and newly furnished 70 m² holiday apartment awaits you on the 1st floor. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a bathtub, there are 4 additional rooms available. A bedroom and dining room, as well as a cozy living room with a couch, television and plenty of reading material.
If necessary, another bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00m) can be used.
The bedroom, dining and living room have direct access to the sunny south-facing balcony.
All rooms (except the bathroom) have wooden parquet floors. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
Check your Belvilla booking confirmation for optional facilities. These may require an extra charge and should be ordered at least 2 weeks prior arrival.
Please note there are possible extra charges regarding Gas, Electricity, and Heating.
The rental amount is due before arrival and should be paid within the indicated time-frame.
