“Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr zuvorkommend. Mit dem 1. Zimmer im 3. Stock waren wir nicht zufrieden (lautes Geräusch durch eine Maschine, unangenehmer Geruch im Bad). Die Mitarbeiterin hat uns anstandslos ein anderes Zimmer gegeben.”
