You do not run the risk of staying in unauthorised accommodation, as is unfortunately common in the industry. Summo Monte is a bright, lavishly furnished, modern and cosy holiday flat for higher demands - at a reasonable price. Pets are not allowed. The holiday flat is also a non-smoking flat. Do you smoke? No problem, there is a seating area outside for smokers/guests. The flat is meticulously cleaned after each guest and then double-checked to ensure that it meets our very high standards of hygiene. The holiday flat / accommodation is centrally located in Quelkhorn, two kilometres from the artists' village of Fischerhude. You can reach the artists' village of Worpswede in about twenty minutes by car. The forest and moor are about eight minutes' walk away. A shopping centre can be reached on foot in two minutes. A bus stop can be reached in one minute. The many farm tracks around the holiday flat are ideal for cycling and walking. The river Wümme, which is about two kilometres away as the crow flies, is also ideal for hiking, canoeing, fishing, swimming etc. Numerous cultural sights are in the immediate vicinity of the holiday flat, such as the Otto Modersohn Museum - approx. four km away, or the Fischerhude Art Association in Buthmanns Hof e.V. - approx. three km away. The flat has a bathroom with a large shower. In addition, two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds in separate and closed rooms and a large sofa bed in the living room, which can also be used as a third bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and a dining area in the living room. The flat is located on the first floor of a detached house, which is easily accessible via a wide staircase.

In the kitchen there is a Bluetooth ceiling light with loudspeaker, which can be controlled via a remote control. There are two pedestal fans in the flat that you can use on the move. Free very fast and stable WLAN/Internet - up to 500 MBit/s (download and upload) possible, depending on the device, is made possible thanks to a fibre optic connection in the house. There is a free signposted car park in the centre of the courtyard and several more parking spaces in front of the house on the green area - you can choose where you want to park.
