Access is via a separate external staircase. The apartment was modernised in 2019 and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x French double bed, width: 1.40 m), a large kitchen (dining table, electric cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment is heated by central heating. There is a small balcony with a seating area and a wonderful view of the lake, a furnished outdoor seating area with sun loungers and barbecue facilities, secure storage space for bicycles and a car park. Internet (WLAN) is also available. A rowing boat can also be hired directly from the owner (EUR 5/day). Final cleaning and water consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. Electricity/energy is charged according to consumption. Pets are not allowed. The owner runs a garden visavis certified with the quality seal Nature in the Garden, where you can buy products from her own production, such as jam, liqueur and syrup. House guests receive a free jar of jam on arrival.
