Hi, we're Selma and Olli, the owners of MY STAY, and we come from beautiful Upper Bavaria. Together with our Italian truffle dog and speedster, "Archie," we try to enjoy life's little joys and moments as often and as best we can. We've been fortunate enough to travel to almost every continent in the world and discover over 30 countries. On these trips, we've met the most wonderful people and gained new experiences that have enriched our lives forever. It's precisely these often unexpected experiences that drive us to provide our guests with an unforgettable stay in our accommodations. We know only too well how difficult it is to enjoy the moment, the here and now, in today's stress of everyday life. One to-do often follows the next. We want to remind our guests of the importance of living in the moment. Far too rarely do we go through our days mindfully, forgetting how important it is to enjoy the here and now! Shared conversations, experiences or small moments of silence and serenity - this is exactly what we want to experience on holiday and what we want to give to our guests. My Stay celebrates moments! It's often the little things and things that give our lives true meaning, but whose significance we often only realize in retrospect. Our motto: Live in the moment! At MY STAY, we want to give our guests the opportunity to consciously experience the moment again. This starts in the morning with the preparation of your hand-filtered pour-over coffee with a view of the beautiful Chiemgau mountains, is reflected in the wonderful leisure and sports opportunities right on our doorstep, such as cycling, hiking, and relaxing on Lake Chiemsee. It continues with the games and books on mindfulness and communication offered in our accommodations, and ends in the evening with our comfortable organic textile mattresses, which will help you reflect on the day and ensure you a restful night. Children will also enjoy books, games, and painting, allowing adults to enjoy moments of serenity. To ensure that our environment also enjoys us and our guests, we pay attention to sustainability wherever possible in our furnishings, materials, and equipment. In the two holiday apartments "Glücksbringer" and "Momentesammler," located directly on the "Sepp'nbauern-Hof," you'll find everything you need for a carefree and relaxing stay. The fully equipped apartments, measuring 73 and 78 square meters, offer ample space for up to four people in two rooms and are individually and high-quality furnished in a modern country house style. Our complimentary organic teas from "Herbaria" and our fresh, regional coffee from the "Art Caffe" factory ensure a relaxed, enjoyable start to the day. The accommodation was lovingly completed at the end of 2023 and is located above the farm shop on the 1st and 2nd floors. Balconies are available in each apartment. Bernau am Chiemsee is a picturesque small town in Upper Bavaria, located on the shores of the beautiful Chiemsee Lake. It's a popular destination for leisure-seekers and families seeking the region's natural beauty and a relaxed atmosphere. The two My Stay-Eco Apartments are located on the outskirts of Bernau, directly on the popular "Seppenbauer-Hof," which combines life on a real farm with sustainable home-grown food production and its own farm shop. Here, both young and old can look forward to experiences and a rural feel – with numerous animals (e.g., rabbits, piglets, horses, cows, chickens and their chicks), carriage rides, and weekly farm tours, the farm owners delight both children and adults. Here, tradition meets modernity – the newly built holiday apartments, furnished in a modern country-house style, blend perfectly into the surroundings of the farm. In the farm's own shop (directly below our apartments), our guests can stock up for breakfast, enjoy a hot meal at lunch, or enjoy a cup of coffee and a slice of homemade cake in the afternoon. The shop is open Tuesday through Saturday. The nearest supermarket is just a few minutes away by car. Although the farm is located on the main road, the triple-glazed, soundproof windows in the newly built property ensure a largely undisturbed atmosphere. Lake Chiemsee, the "Bavarian Sea," as our lake is also often called, is also only about 5 minutes away by car or 15 minutes by bike. Hikes can be started directly from the accommodation. The famous Kampenwand mountain and the fascinating Chiemgau mountains are just a stone's throw away. With picturesque views of the mountains and expansive fields, the two apartments are ideal for a relaxing break for couples or families.
