Through the separate dining room next to the kitchen, a patio door leads to the very large along the house partially covered east-facing, sheltered forest terrace. The covered balcony adjoins the living room as well as the bedroom and faces south/west. In winter, you have an unobstructed view of the ski jump on the opposite hillside from here. A panoramic window offers a fantastic view of the starry sky from the bedroom in the evening and at night on cloudless days. The house is located near the Westweg, at the top of the mountain directly by the forest, and is accessible only by a steep road that ends at the forest not far from the house. From the road below the property, a closed staircase leads up through the rock to the house. The stairs are long and therefore only suitable for guests who can manage about 50 steps with luggage.
