Our Guest-House Giolbas is a comfortable and quiete guest-house, which offers everything what travellers need in order to feel comfortable. Our preference is also the favourable site, concerning traffic accessibility, between the city centre and the beautiful landscape surrounding the city. Our small, comfortable and economical family guest-house in 04552 Borna, ca. 30 km. south of Leipzig in Leipzig region, close to B95 road. We hope therefore to welcome you soon personally as our guest!

The Guest-House Giolbas offers many possibilities for your relaxation and well-being: due to it’s extremely favourably situation, between the outskirts and the city centre. The city of Borna is an ideal starting-point for daily tours in the Middle-Saxony’s „Burgenland“ with its middle-age castles, romantic churches and monasteries, right in the middle of an almost untouched nature, which has preserved its character over the centuries. This lovely environment lies rightly before your door. Here you can undertake small walks or lovely wanderings, enjoy the free nature, refuel some oxygen, relief your soul and simply have a rest. Our Guest-House is only 5 minutes of walk away from „Reichstor“ with its mining industry museum and the historical city-centre. We would be glad to give you further information about other sightseeing and the lake Bockwitz.
