If a child under 6 years of age is allowed to stay free of charge according to the booking conditions, the child is accommodated free of charge without a separate bed, bed linen and towels. An extra set of towels can be provided on request at an additional cost. Please note that there is no staffed reception in the house, but a support team, which are available by phone for any difficulties and support. This is a non-smoking apartment. Please pay attention to the following purposes to be charged extra: 1. Smoking (including electronic devices) - 300 euros. 2. Smoke detector removed - 300 euros. 3. Violation of house rules (pets, disturbing the peace, etc.) - 150 euros. 4. Non confirmed late check-out up to 4 hours - 50 euros. 5. Non confirmed late check-out from 4 hours - daily price. 6. More people staying than booked - 15 euros for each extra guest per night. 7. Apartment or common spaces left in an extremely dirty condition - amount of extra needed cleaning hours.

The main Osnabrück train station (Hauptbahnhof) is in close proximity, which is ideal for public transport users, providing easy access to regional and national train lines. The area consists of a mix of residential buildings, shops, cafes, and small businesses. This makes it lively during the day, with most conveniences nearby. While Eisenbahnstraße itself is more urban, there are parks and recreational areas nearby, such as Schlossgarten and Bürgerpark, where residents can relax or enjoy outdoor activities.
