Hello, I live with my family just outside Frankfurt/Darmstadt. We are happy to welcome business travelers and holidaymakers, with and without children, to our accommodations. My wife and I are happy to be personally available by phone or via the app to answer any questions or provide assistance.

Welcome to our 4-room apartment (approx. 90 m²)! It accommodates up to 8 people in 3 rooms (3+3+2). Beds can also be put together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine and kettle with a selection of tea and coffee. All rooms have a Smart TV with IP TV. Wi-Fi is included, and LAN speeds up to 1,000 Mbps are available! The large winter garden and terrace are shared with the apartment. IMPORTANT: Each booked guest will have their own hand towel. Large bath towels are not provided. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee. Please let us know as early as possible if you would like to use them. Smoking is permitted ONLY on the terrace (NOT in the rooms!). Public parking is available around the house. Excellent transport links! The A661 and A5 motorways are 4 km away. The nearby subway station (Weißkirchen-Ost stop) is just 500 m away.

Within a radius of max. 500 m are everyday shops such as a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, medical care, etc. The apartment is perfect for a group of trade visitors, business travelers, tourists, and even families. The apartment, with a large terrace and enclosed winter garden, is just a 500 m walk from the U3 subway station and just under 1 km from the S6 commuter train station with direct connections to Frankfurt. Alternatively, the A5 and A661 motorways are available, providing quick access to any destination in the entire Rhine-Main area. The Frankfurt city limits are only 3 km away, and the Riedberg campus of the University of Frankfurt is only 4 km away. The main train station and the trade fair center are approximately 12 km away. Alternatively, the Weißkirchen-Ost subway station, just 500 meters away, provides direct access to the pedestrian zone in just 20 minutes, and the main train station and trade fair center in approximately 25 minutes. The Weißkirchen/Steinbach S-Bahn (suburban train) station is 1 km away. The nearby airport (approx. 20 km) can also be reached comfortably and easily in approximately 50 minutes by bus and train, or in 20 minutes by car. The Riedberg campus of the University of Frankfurt is quickly accessible by bike.
