Die Ferienwohnung "Seeperle 3" verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett (180 cm x 200 cm), einen 55-Zoll-LED-Fernseher, eine moderne Küche (Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Ceran-Kochfeld, Dunstabzug, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, etc.), Internet/WLAN, Fußbodenheizung, Waschtrockner, Fön sowie Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Kostenfreie Parkplätze für Ihr Auto bzw. Fahrräder stehen Ihnen vor dem Haus sowie auf einem wohnungseigenen Privatparkplatz in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung kann mit maximal 6 Personen belegt werden. Für die 5. und 6. Person würde ein mobiles Gästebett zur Verfügung stehen – ideal ist eine Belegung für 4 Personen.

Einkaufsmöglichlichkeiten gibt es in Form von Lidl, Edeka, Norma, Rewe, etc. und sind ebenfalls fußläufig bzw. mit dem Auto innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.
