This stylishly furnished and open-plan 2-room apartment with loft flair awaits you on the quiet outskirts of Radolfzell on Lake Constance. The renovated, bright 60 sqm 2-room mezzanine apartment invites you to relax and feel good and is only a few minutes away from the town center and Lake Constance. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and is equipped with hand/bath towels and a hairdryer. The apartment has a Smart TV and internet access via WLAN. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, glasses, cutlery, crockery, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and a Nespresso coffee machine. The highlight for those arriving by car: free parking spaces in front of the door and within walking distance Check-in by yourself from 4:00 pm using a numerical code on the day of arrival. The latest check-out should take place by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Cleaning includes change of towels and bed linen, for stays of more than 1 week there is also an intermediate cleaning once a week. In the event of extreme soiling or destruction, we reserve the right to make an additional charge.

In the village center and close to the accommodation you will find all the facilities for your daily needs, such as bakers and butchers, a supermarket and a post office.
