Property information

The "dream house" is a semi attached house towards gardens with a private terrace. On the 2 floors up to 6 people can enjoy their holidays. A hall leads to an open, modern kitchen with a large dining table. In the living room is a comfy sofa bed and a cozy corner to spend evenings together. On the upper floor are 2 bedrooms with boxspring beds and Smart TV. Upstairs there is a modern bathroom with rain shower, on the ground floor a guest toilet. On the south-facing terrace you can sunbathe in the beach chair or on the lounge furniture.

Neighbourhood information

The appartements of SyltBlue are only 750m away from the dunes. In a few minutes you can reach the sea, the central Friedrichstrasse and the „Strandoase". This corner of Sylt offers you many possibilities. You can take long walks through the dunes and sheep pastures, do a shopping tour in the Friedrichstrasse or do any kind of sports. Surfing, cycling, fitness classes or parachuting.
