Just a few walking minutes away from the "World Cup Express", a mountain railway leading you directly into the family-friendly ski area, the apartment offers a unique view of the Oberstdorf mountains and the Ofterschwanger Horn. The small village of Ofterschwang itself has local delicacies in its grocery store, offers delicious ice cream, and invites you to linger with restaurants and cafes, not to mention the idyllic surroundings with quaint cottages along the ski slopes and hiking trails. Inside, you will find a non-smoking apartment on the top floor covering 80 sqm with high-quality furnishings. The spacious living-cooking-dining area with panoramic windows and a south-facing balcony, the visible roof truss, a wood-burning stove, and a private sauna in the bathroom ensure coziness and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Two separate bedrooms, one of them with balcony access and SAT-TV, and a daylight bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, and sauna complete the interior. Outdoors, there is a private parking space with an electric charging station right by the house, as well as a warm storage option for skis. The surroundings of Ofterschwang, in addition to being close to ski resorts, hiking trails, and mountain railways, offer excellent connections to attractions such as Oberstdorf, the Kleinwalsertal, Kempten, or Füssen with its royal castles. From May to November, mountain railway tickets for the whole family are included, making the lodge a perfect starting point for mountain adventures. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
