The charming Art Nouveau villa from 1998 is located in an exquisite location, not far from the Royal Spa Garden, the Kurmittelhaus, the RupertusTherme, pedestrian zone and other "highlights" of the city with seventy fountains. Three vacation apartments (TOP 1-3) are available for tourists on the 1st floor of Villa Bariole. The guests are offered a very friendly and brightly designed living with spacious balconies with lounge seating groups. Each apartment has its own parking space for guests. The most important cultural, sports, leisure and health facilities as well as the train station are within walking distance. The villa is located directly on the Frühlingstraße in a traffic-calmed zone including a night ban on motor vehicles and offers its guests peaceful sleep and relaxation. Since May 2022 we have been offering all guests free access to fiber optic high-speed WIFI.
