DUXCAAR Luxury villas offer five luxury villas and country houses along the German Baltic Sea coast as well as two villas in Bretagne (France) and one in the South of France (Périgord). Villa DUXCAAR has already been rated four times as "BEST HOLIDAY HOME IN GERMANY" by the German Tourism Board. The thatched roof villa is an ecological role model (geothermal energy) with a large main unit „Savoir Vivre“ plus a subunit „Fleur de Sel“ (will be provided for rentals of > 6 people) , the perfect place for accompanying staff like au pairs, nanny, driver etc The villa has about 400sqm incl. five terraces, of which one is a 60sqm roof terrace, sunny garden seats as well as shady rest areas and barbeque place . The whole property is with old stock of trees, rhododendrons etc. affectionately planted. After the entry into the villa by the elegant entrance hall the generous open approx. 60 qm living and dining room with open chimney, antiques, HiFi system and an international library which holds ready extensive literature into German, English, French and Spanish language for you receives you. With a good book and a glass of wine from the in-house wine cellar and crackling chimney you will wish that the long winter evenings may not end any more. At arrival you find a choice of perfectly tempered international wines which you can taste to attractive condition

The prestigious Villa DUXCAAR is located in Groß Schwansee, a small village by the Baltic Sea which allows relaxing vacations close to a larger nature reserve without any traffic and noise. Groß Schwansee is approx. 30 minutes from Lübeck (UNESCO heritage old town) and a good hour drive of the International airport of Hamburg. The village is stamped by the wonderfully restored castle Groß Schwansee with a highly ratred restaurant. You will live fantastically quiet in close walking distance to the castle. Within 3 minutes you reach the nearly untouched Baltic Sea beach and can undertake also vast bicycling and travelling tours above the very steep coastline in one of the nicest nature reserves of Germany. About ten very attractive golf courses are accessible with a maximum of one hour drive.
