「Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Bad ist sehr groß + Waschmaschine. Ein Fahrstuhl direkt zum Zimmer was das Gebäck tragen sehr vereinfacht hat. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und die nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum...」

Built in 2003, the 4-star superior "Villa Wauzi" (DEHOGA classification) promises accessibility for wheelchair users according to DIN 18024 and 18025. In the basement there are wheelchair spaces with battery charging stations. The entrance to the building is through an electric entrance door (89x210cm), the apartments can be reached via the staircase or via the integrated, handicapped accessible Elevator.The location of the villa directly on the beach road and thus promenade of Baabe is excellent, right in the heart of the village, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and shops and also close to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach.In the courtyard there is an associated car parking space for each apartment.The Villa Wauzi is located directly on the beautiful beach road in the heart of Baabe and only 150m away to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. The popular boulevard offers, among other things, cafes, restaurants, several shops and bike rentals.The very clean, wide sandy beach is accessible and invites you to relaxed beach walks to Sellin and Göhren with the beautiful piers. In addition to a well-maintained beach promenade in both directions, there are also extra bike paths and hiking trails through the nearby groves.
In only 400m away is a large supermarket and the discounters Lidl and Netto with free parking right outside the door. In the immediate vicinity there is the train station of the Rügen small train with the raging Roland as a popular tourist attraction.Baabe is a great place because of its flatland location and therefore pleasant for walking and cycling without disturbing gradients or height differences in contrast to Sellin or Göhren.
