In the middle of the old town and surrounded by historic buildings, the newly renovated and listed apartment from 1719 offers a real wow effect.
You enter the private entrance area via your own entrance at the back of the building - a high-quality and well-equipped apartment awaits you. Directly after the entrance area you come to the centrally located and spacious kitchen.
To the right of the kitchen are the two bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. By default the structure is two king size double beds and a single bed 90x200. If desired, the double beds can also be converted into single beds. The two bedrooms each have a smart TV.
On the left side of the kitchen is the living and dining area and the large open roof terrace.
The strict requirements for monument protection are what give it a special charm - the walls, ceilings and floors have been painstakingly repaired. Please note the half-timbering on the walls, some wooden thresholds and some low door frames.
