A married couple with their own grown up children. We are used to be international educators. We live close to the property and try and make sure we meet all our guests on arrival. A family home converted for short term rental in 2023 - new beds, bedding and towels etc. This property is new to market and photos are still being added. You can see how happy our guests have been at our other property, rated as 10 here (9725278). The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area, a separate laundry area, 2 bathrooms. Private and enclosed garden with terrace that can be covered over and plenty of outside seating and a very large gas BBQ, ideal for relaxing after the mania of lego. Netto supermarket 400m LegoHouse 900m (and bus station), Legoland 2.3km. Lalandia 2.6km. The house has beds for 17 adults, this would be a busy house, so please check the floorplan. Both living rooms have doors so they may be closed off at night. Be aware to access the bathroom from the main living room (4 beds) you have to pass through the small living room (2 beds). For the sake of guests will allergies pets are NOT allowed. The only exception are guide dogs for the registered blind. The house is deep cleaned (at no cost) if a service dog stays. If you require the cot, please request cot at the time of booking, there is a high chair The house has internet and lots of toys and lego, it has no TV. We cannot promise early check-in or late checkout, it depends on bookings. When we can, we will! If you have any specific requests or needs, we will do our best to fullfill them. Parking- at least three cars can fit on the drive and there is also lots of off road parking, its free. A copy of the lead guests Europen ID or passport photo page is required at checkin.

The neighborhood is a quiet residential area 400m from Billund centre. The garden is well fenced and suitable for kids. Possible to walk to town, legohouse, legoland and even the airport for the very keen (or just get the bus to Billund centre). Billund bakery (fantastic for breakfast), the gastropub, a suchi place and billund steakhouse are a short walk. The supermarket is 400m away. All day long we expect and hope your children will be be screaming, shouting and laughing. But we do explicitly state this property is not a partyhouse. Between 11pm and 7am the noise level must not be so high as to be an issue to the neighbors.
