In the beautiful nature close to Lyngsbæk Beach, you'll find this exceptionally well-maintained house. The house is a "real" summer house, exuding charm and coziness. Here, you're welcomed into the cozy and well-furnished living room with, among other things, a wood-burning stove and heat pump, and a nice dining area connected to the small but functional kitchen. The sleeping arrangements are found in two truly charming bedrooms, one with a double bed (3/4 bed) and one with two single beds. Additionally, there's a bunk bed in an integrated annex right by the front door. Nice small bathroom with a shower. Outside the house, there's a small morning terrace, and at the top of the plot, there's a lovely afternoon terrace with garden furniture. There's a TV and Chromecast as well as internet in the house. On the property, there's a carport for the car, and for the little holiday guests, there's a swing and a small slide. The area around Lyngsbæk Beach is a cozy and quiet area, close to a good and child-friendly beach. In the area, you'll find several dining options and opportunities for grocery shopping. The area has hilly terrain and is suitable for walking and cycling trips. From the house, it's about a 10-minute drive to the town of Ebeltoft with its many tourist attractions. Here, you'll find, among other things, the old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. At the harbor, you'll find several good restaurants, and there are opportunities to buy freshly caught fish every day. It's also where you'll find the Glass Museum, which is a leader in modern glass art, and notably the Frigate Jylland. From the house, it's about a 20-minute drive to Ree Park, where you can get up close to the wild animals. It's about a half-hour drive to both Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and to Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
