This holiday home is located on a scenic, hilly and private plot, just a short walk from both the North Sea and Søndervig. From the top of the accompanying dune you can enjoy stunning views. The holiday home has an older charm and is ideal for those seeking an authentic holiday experience. Windows and doors have been updated with wood/aluminium, but the rest of the house has a classic feel that bears the marks of time. The kitchen is simple and functional with the necessary amenities including a stove, cooker hood and fridge/freezer. The large angular living room offers plenty of space for relaxation with a sofa arrangement by the wood-burning stove, a dining area and an additional area that is currently used as a bar. The living room has direct access to a south-facing, partially covered terrace where the dunes provide privacy and cosy moments in the sun. The bathroom is spacious and functional, but may be in need of an update. The holiday home has three bedrooms - two with double beds and one with single beds. The rooms are simple but offer a comfortable base after a day at the beach or in the city. This cottage is an obvious choice for those looking for a relaxed and authentic holiday close to nature.
