Holiday home located in a popular holiday center in a scenic area by the east coast of Southern Jutland and by Aabenraa Golf Club, which is a stone's throw from the house, and has one of Denmark's best and most scenic 18-hole course. The resort Løjt Feriecenter extends all the way down to the water at Genner Bay, in the middle of the beautiful southern Jutland nature where there are good swimming and fishing opportunities. On site there is a communal swimming pool with children's pool, beach volleyball court, football field, playground and bouncy castle. The pool is for free use and open in the period 15.05. & # 8211; 01.09. In addition, there are common activity rooms with div. slot machines and a laundromat. Otherwise you can enjoy the sun and a barbecue evening by the house. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered. Please book services at least 2 weeks before your arrival via the corresponding link in your DanCenter travel documents. Some properties may not be available for youth groups and/or business/trade travel.
