From the house and property you have a beautiful view of the sea and to Jernhatten, a good fishing spot. There are good surfing opportunities and you live not far from the beautiful town of Ebeltoft. The house is very spacious and has among other things six spacious bedrooms and three floor heated bathrooms. There is a wonderful pool room with a large swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The living and dining area and the kitchen are the heart of the house. Perfect for guests who want to be close to the beach. The house is equipped with an energy saving air to water heat pump.
