This charming 110 m² holiday home is located in a scenic area, offering impressive views of the water and surrounding hilly landscape near Fåborg. The open and airy interior is designed to make the most of natural light, with large panoramic windows that connect the living and dining room to a partially covered terrace. The living room features a cozy wood-burning stove, TV, and high chair, making it perfect for families. The home has four comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, accommodating up to eight guests. Additionally, there are two bathrooms, both equipped with a WC, sink, and shower, ensuring convenience during your stay. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, allowing for easy meal preparation and laundry. The outdoor area features a terrace with a charcoal grill, ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The house is set on a 1500 m² natural plot with plenty of space for outdoor activities and relaxation, and the stunning water view adds to the peaceful ambiance. The property is equipped with electric heating, air/air heat pump, and play equipment for children, ensuring comfort throughout the year. For ultimate relaxation, the holiday home offers a luxurious bathroom with a two-person hot tub and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The interior features light, lye-treated pine walls and ceilings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This non-smoking holiday home is not available for youth groups, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
