Well-appointed cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna as well as various activities located by Grenå Strand not far from child-friendly sandy beach. The house's pool section contains a large swimming pool, swimming coach, large, built-in whirlpool for 6-8 people and a sauna. The swimming pool is 20 m & # 178; and with slide for the kids. Here, young and old will surely spend a lot of hours playing and splashing. In the activity room, table football, billiards, electronic darts and table tennis can be played. There are several TVs in different departments as well as PlayStation4. The dining / living room is tastefully decorated with stereo system with CD player, TV, blu-ray player, 3 high chairs, 3 baby chairs, sofa area and wood burning stove. In the well-thought-out kitchen, there is a large refrigerator, freezer and two dishwashers, two stoves and two hoods, so there is plenty of opportunity for cooking. The house is extremely spacious and well-dimensioned and built around three separate sleeping areas. Each section has its own bathroom and there is an additional bathroom in connection with the pool section. Three of the bedrooms and one bathroom are extra spacious, so there is room for one of the three weekend beds or you can get around in a wheelchair. In addition, there are two lofts, one of which is perfect for children's play. On the plot there is a swing, sandpit and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). On the terrace you can enjoy the sun all day Due to the size of the house, the price of cleaning at this Skanlux cottage differs from the normal list price. Settlement of consumption, cleaning and deposit is paid in cash on site to the caretaker. Not for rent to youth groups.
