This traditional holiday home near Trend offers a peaceful retreat on a large natural plot, perfect for families seeking space, fresh air, and relaxation. The property features three charming terraces where you can enjoy sunny days, cozy evenings, or gather around the integrated fire pit. The garden provides plenty of room for children to play, with a swing, sandbox, and two football goals. Inside, the house is bright and functional, designed for family life. The open-plan kitchen and living area includes comfortable furniture, free Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge with freezer, separate 50-liter freezer, extractor hood, microwave/minibaking oven, and coffee machine. Two refrigerators provide extra convenience, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC, and a washing machine. For young guests, a travel cot and high chair are available. A climate-friendly heat pump keeps the home warm efficiently while reducing energy costs. All terraces are furnished with garden seating, and both a charcoal and gas grill are ready for summer cookouts. The combination of outdoor space, family-friendly features, and a tranquil location makes this holiday home ideal for relaxed days surrounded by nature, with plenty of opportunities for fun, play, and quality family time. No rental to youth groups allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered.
